The insulation is implemented with polyester polyurethane panels which are mounted inside the van so as to occupy minimal space, with gaps filled with foamed polyurethane offers uniform surface. Then place plywood (marine) 5mm with phenolic glue, and finally becomes covered with fiberglass 2 mm thickness suitable for the transport of foodstuffs.

 On the floor is a special aid plywood (marine) 12 pm, and greater density polyurethane (35 kg / m³), to give very high resistance to daily stress. Finally cover is thick fiberglass 2pm, which is given "rough" look to limit the sliding of the load.

 All seals are internally applied with polyurethane silicone (Sikaflex 521 UV), suitable for coming into contact with food. The seal is achieved which ensures the water tightness of the loading space from any moisture, and leaves no crevices which could be developed in fungi, and other microorganisms.

 The final floor finish is given to epoxy paint (EG-5 Sika) white on all the walls, except the floor which is painted gray, for better sealing, strength and appearance.

 In the space for goods preservation to 0 ⁰C, the total thickness of the insulation is 5km, except the floor, which makes a specific contribution for strength purposes. The separator and in space for freezing goods, the insulation thickness is 10km, and the floor is special support for strength purposes.
